Appointments
Advanced booking required. Please schedule your appointment time and treatment with the front desk. Your esthetician will meet you at reception and walk with you to the treatment room.
Guests will receive a 15min complementary peppermint/rosemary foot soak and herbal tea service. Please allow for this extra time.
Estheticians
Our estheticians are fully qualified (diplomas can be viewed in the treatment room). The Estheticians are not employed by the motel and all carry individual insurance.
Health
Please make your esthetician aware of any health / skin concerns or allergies prior to your treatments.
Please complete the questionnaire provided as part of your treatment consultation.
Attire
You will be provided with robes, wraps and slippers. Please bring flip flops if you are having a pedicure. Disposable flip flops can be purchased if required.
Gratuities
Gratuities are left to the customer’s discretion in appreciation for good service. Thank you.
Cancellations
As our spa staff are on-call, we ask that you adhere to the cancellation policy as follows:
If your appointment is after 2pm; please give at least four hours notice of a cancellation or amendment.
If your appointment is before 2pm; please let the front desk know prior to 8pm the night before.
Cancellations beyond the grace period and non- attendance will result in you being charged 50% of the treatment cost.
